If your young person is an adult, not open to any Children’s Social Care team, and you think they need Adult Social Care support, you can:
- Visit Adult Social Care help online
- Call 0207 926 5555 to discuss a request for help
What happens next?
You will either be:
- Offered a Care Act Assessment to see if they can get adult social care
- Given information and advice and told where else you can get support
